i have learned how to enjoy sleep within fifteen minutes. i have been so burned i actually sleep on my fifteen minute breaks. i never thought i'd end up being this burned. what is happening to me?

got to play violin for a good two hours today before i catched up on reading. it is only now that i realize i took for granted the times i had to do everything i truly enjoy doing. if i didn't like the people i work with and i didn't need to earn the cash, i sure as hell won't be working. too bad i have just enrolled myself to the rat race.

it will take an amount of discipline to be able to fulfll my laptop project. i intend to get one that has a dvd rom and a cd burner and a good modem. stylish, compact, highly maintainable and easy to use. considering my non-talent to anything technological, it has to be very, very user-friendly. i absolutely need it. my manuscripts are waiting to be done. i have just checked my fictions and i h ave been threatened already. not that it's anything new. but it kind of bugs me as well that i hadn't gone around to finishing my fics. and it's not even because i'm blocked. all i get to do these day is work my over-burned ass off, play a little of the violin and read. the only real writing i did was for the exchange. and non for my journal for the last three weeks. no recent update on my otherwise sullen life. other than this, i realized, i truly need to get back to writing.
